This Refund Policy applies to digital products bought from OUTLIERS ("Outliers", "we", "us") on outliers.tv. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

01Our guarantee

We stand behind Outliers. If you read it and it doesn't deliver, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No hoops, no interrogation — just email us.

02How to request a refund

1. Email outliers.help@gmail.com from the address you used to order.
2. Include your order number (it's on your receipt) and the email used at checkout.
3. We'll confirm and process your refund — usually within [2–3] business days.

03When the refund arrives

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement after we process it.

04Digital product note

Because Outliers is a digital download, there is nothing to return or ship back. When we issue a refund, your license to use the product ends and you agree to delete any downloaded copies.

05Exceptions

We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of our Terms of Service - for example, where the product has been copied, shared, or redistributed.

06Problems with your download

Trouble accessing your file or didn't get your link? That's not a refund situation — just contact us and we'll resend it or fix it right away.
